The issue is related to the microservice responsible for generating and converting receipts into the required printing format. As a result, some order receipts may fail to print, be delayed, or not be generated in the expected
format.
Order processing remains available, but receipt generation or printing may be delayed or unsuccessful for affected orders.
Our team is working on a fix to restore normal receipt printing functionality. We will continue to provide updates as progress is made.
